DESCRIPTION

The Arvon Block is one of the oldest existing buildings in Great Falls, dating back to 1890. High Plain Architects was initially contracted to perform a feasibility study for the property before taking on the project as both architect and developer. Before construction, the building had sat vacant for over 40 years, and had been suffering from a leaking roof most of that time. Despite these challenges, the project was completed and converted into the Historic Hotel Arvon with a separate restaurant on the first floor.
