DESCRIPTION

Montana Hall, the historic centerpiece of the Montana State University campus, required an extensive structural remodel to address multiple modernization concerns such ADA compliance and accessibility. The project consisted of a multitude of improvements, including a new elevator, stairway, eight restrooms, and an accessible entrance.

The historic, four-story structure is among the most recognizable buildings on campus and currently houses multiple departments, including central administrative offices and student services. Challenges included a compressed schedule and working in a fully occupied building around existing systems in the center of a busy college campus.
